At MeraHelps, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service or product provided, we offer a fair and clear refund policy.
🔁 Eligibility for Refund
- If we have taken your work and fail to complete it within the committed time, you are eligible for a refund.
- If due to any reason we are unable to complete your work at all, we will refund the amount.
- Refunds will be processed only if you provide a valid Transaction ID or Order ID screenshot.
- If the work has been fully completed and delivered, refund requests will not be accepted.
- Refunds are always processed to the original payer’s account. If someone else made the payment on your behalf, you must confirm with them as the refund will go to their account.
💸 Platform Fee and Payment Gateway Charges
- The exact service/product amount informed at the time of purchase will be refunded.
- Platform or gateway charges (e.g., Razorpay, UPI fee, etc.) are non-refundable as they are charged by third-party services.
- Example: If you paid ₹105 for a ₹100 service (₹5 platform fee), only ₹100 will be refunded if eligible.
❤️ Donation Refunds
- If you made a donation and wish to cancel it, contact us within 7 days.
- In most donation cases, we may also refund your full donation amount, including platform fee, if applicable.
- Just raise a support ticket via our app or contact us on WhatsApp/email. No need to raise disputes unnecessarily.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
- If the service/product is successfully delivered as promised.
- If incorrect information or details were provided by the customer.
- Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of transaction.
- Refund cannot be claimed without valid transaction/order ID proof.
